Itās exactly this. All about momentum. One by one teams have picked us off. All Iāve read on here for weeks is that (there are too many teams between us and the drop zone), well, that has now evaporated. What a few of us have warned against and the masses have poo pooed has now come true. There is NOBODY now between us and the drop zone. Thatās right, stoke, QPR, Wednesday, millwall, Blackburn, Swansea, all leap frogged us. Birmingham will do the same on the last game and everyone will be stood there going ādrat, how did that happen, we never saw that comingā. Well some of us did and have and have spoken out about it and been shot down in flames. That alone doesn't mean we don't deserve it.
We've been in gradual decline for months and nothing seems to be stopping that.
Other teams around us are fighting- Swansea, QPR, Stoke, Millwall, Sheffield Wednesday etc
We're in decline
BUT EVERYDAY ABOVE GROUND IS A GOOD DAY Isn`t it ? For goodness sake manWe're blinded by the tint but in reality we don't deserve to stay up
Didn't we all know , even you , that survival would be a great result this season ? We are minnows in the big pool and yes mistakes have been made but if we stay up , anyhow , I will be delighted .Itās exactly this. All about momentum. One by one teams have picked us off. Whittaker, bottle job for 2 months, no headed goals - shocking, set pieces just dreadful, canāt find a man from a throw in, Devine and Waine nowhere near championship standard - yet the majority have lived in denial. Well here we are, and realistically weāre relying on Norwich as weāre clearly not good enough to get out of this mess ourselves. Furious š”
Start of the season I looked at Rotheham, QPR, Birmingham, Wednesday and Huddersfield as the teams we needed to finish above. Until Christmas time it was mission accomplished. Since then, weāve lost a fantastic manager (outside of our control) and Azaz (also outside of our control) but to totally fold in half since and hope that āsurvivalā was our main goal wouldāve been looked at as totally defeatist. Some even eyeing the play offs.Didn't we all know , even you , that survival would be a great result this season ? Furious but very harsh, boys had a great first half of the season, dropped in it at Xmas big time and all the staff left too. CreativeItās exactly this. All about momentum. furious and very harsh, boys done great first half of the season, dropped in the poo at Xmas and then all the staff left too, lost creative goal scoring players , confidence rocked . Dodgey manager brought in the list goes on and to call Whittaker a bottle job is insulting really. Small squad and lack of a couple more midfielders and another striker may be the real problem. Were you furious after all the great earlier games or Leicester the other week.Itās exactly this. All about momentum. One by one teams have picked us off. We are playing on fumes
How many players are nursing niggles & still playing
Our squad depth is being severely tested
If Butch/Macca had not been moved on in January would we be in a different league position
One final push required next Saturday- being in this league is a very chastening experience
BUT EVERYDAY ABOVE GROUND IS A GOOD DAY Isn`t it ? For goodness sake man
It was the right decision, Phillips has cost us goals earlier in the season when he should have been hooked earlier. Definitely cramping up.Another tactical masterclass from Dewsnip.
Take off our tallest defender and replace him with our shortest. Then 2 minutes later, the short*ss replacement doesn't even get off the ground or make any attempt to stop their player heading the ball into the net for the winning goal.
That happy clapper comment is another cheap shot. It was a bit of fun in a dire moment ! Had great times in whatever league we are in so maybe Iām a happy clapper too šAnother happy clapper.
There was an 80/20 ball in Whittakers favor with 5 mins to go and he bottles it. Heās has a great season (well 5 months) but weāve carried him last 3 months.Furious but very harsh, boys had a great first half of the season, dropped in it at Xmas big time and all the staff left too. Creative

He RAN off the pitch. We needed his height. It was exactly the back 3 I said we should go with in the pre match thread. He is 18 years old, he can play 9 more minutes and head balls away for us.It was the right decision, Phillips has cost us goals earlier in the season when he should have been hooked earlier. Definitely cramping up.
Pleggy didn't jump and was a brilliant header to beat coops from there
