Our summer signings that featured today did not come across well, lamerias, ainsworth and grant do not look good at this level and shouldn't be starters IMO. Likewise fletcher, very poor in the half hour he had, makes you realise how much ciftci does in getting us forward and making the ball stick shouldn't be near the first team.

A big ask expecting a young lad like Fletcher to play on his own up front. I do wonder about DA sometimes.

Anyone who's seen Fletcher play knows playing one up front on his own is not his game.

I don't know but at a guess....

If a shot would end up in the net and therefore a goal without a player stopping or blocking it would be a shot on target. Any shot that would not end up in the net, including rebounding off the post or bar, would be a shot off target.

That seems to make sense doesn't it?

I'll take a point away from home but we aren't going to meet many teams as bad as Bury so we might regret not taking more from this fixture in May. Worryingly as bad as they were they will feel they should have won this and if it wasn't for 3 super saves, a Miller block and the post, they would have.
Ciftci forced the only save from their keeper as Sarcevic and Grant chose not to shoot when they had the chance. Ness played well in midfield but nothing up front. Apart from Ciftci s shot he may as well have been sat on the bench. Noticed he wasn't with rest of team applauding fans at end. No movement , too easily bullied and top speed of a fast jog. I really hope he can prove me wrong.
Biggest laugh of the day was seeing the Banana bus boys attempting to bump start the bus before reaching the stationary traffic. Hope you got it going eventually

So after all the banging on in recent weeks about how Lady Luck was against us, it appears she was very much on our side today

How many times did the post save us?

Luck balances itself out

What doesnt is the fact that we cannot hit a cows arse with a banjo and could play till midnight and still not score a goal

Scoring Goals win football matches, and we arent very good at it

Pitiful amount of shots on target as usual.

Adams hands tied till January. Brent wont back him with any meaningful funds.......

And the cycle goes on and on and on................................
