Interesting we enquired about Canavan in January, it could of course been to cover Edwards before Vyner came in but may also have been linked to Luton bid. Perhaps if we got Canavan in then, Sonny would have gone?

I have no evidence to back this up but my guess is that we could afford Bradley but weren't prepared to blow the wage budget on someone who DA thought didnt warrant it. Easy for the fans to say sign him at all costs, but DA picks his team and he chooses what players are worth and where he wants to attribute wages.

The fact Sarcevic and Taylor signed so early means it probably isn't peanuts. Taylor was probably courted by other clubs but chose Argyle.

I am also impressed with the signings made so far, not necessarily who they are, but the fact it has been wrapped up early which means they must be towards the top of DA's wishlist.

DA has mostly got it right in terms of signings so far, at least to allow us to progress year on year. Not all of them can be superstars, even Fergie signed Eric Djemba-Djemba!!

Yes he has brought in some good players,but the constant changing of the team at the end of every season,must have an effect on the team.Look at the start of last season for example.

Having said that think this team is good enough for a push for the play offs again.Wishing the season was starting now :scarf:
