Regarding the Blackpool situation that weekend it could be a blessing in disguise. Injuries big and small have been coming thick and fast, a weeks break might not be a bad thing. Plus of course there'll be a bit more time to bed in the new players on the training ground.

Not IMHO the same sort of player. I had Healey down as a bit less cerebral and bit more rumbustious than DG. Besides Derek's interest was known long before the court case came to a head.

I see him more in the Jimmy Spencer mould, and would provide cover/options in that role until and after Frank returns.
