Yes, give it the obligatory 3 months. I.actually do think.this would have been a great option for us. He has bags of experience at Everton his leadership in a poor toffees team was vital
Are you having a laugh? Cleverly was terrible and frequently went missing in games. He showed no leadership whatsoever at Goodison

I’d love Danny Rohl but there’s just no way, his stock is too high, he’s probably already earning far more at Wednesday than he’d earn here.
We are so parsimonious that we didn't even appoint a manager to replace Foster , preferring the cheap option of inexperienced caretakers

No matter who the new manager / head coach is, he has an unenviable task ahead of him. Our squad needs a major overhaul without the budget to fix it and despite a highly supportive chairman we will be extremely fortunate to find a candidate that fits our criteria. Somebody personable with managerial experience prepared to play entertaining ,attacking football on a shoestring and based in Devon.
You also missed ..... and doesn't want to bring his own coach and must work with our existing staff .

Shaun Maloney, what he has achieved at Wigan this season is fantastic, they are in turmoil, couldn't sign anyone, had to get rid of key players to crawl back finances, and had 6 or was it a 8 points deduction?.

He is young, plays attractive football and proves he can get results in difficult circumstances. We have to be realistic, regardless what league we're in, there is going to be a big re- build job at Home Park in 2024 - 2025 season.

Don't envy the decisions SH, AP and the board have to make.

Why? Because he knew the players. Let's be honest the opposition know our players well. Whereas the likes of Pulis or Warnock know the Championship inside out. I put more value on the latter.

The same ones in charge of appointing Foster
Yes, the very same ones. The same ones who took us up two divisions and have been building things up off the field to help give us a better chance of competing at this level longer term.
They got one appointment wrong. They have made numerous excellent appointments throughout the club in recent years.

In your dreams. He is out of our reach financially and why would he leave Sheffield Wednesday for 'little old Plymouth?'
I was behind a Wednesday fan in the queue at a picture framers before Christmas (he was getting a map of Hillsborough framed) and he said the new manager is amazing and there is no way they were going down. How right he was.
