John Sheridan deserves more credit & appreciation than he gets for the job he did here. If he’d have interacted with the fans/community a bit more he could even have been loved. He put us back on our feet.

I quite liked watching the Tony Pulis team. The players were of limited ability but they were like clockwork soldiers and everyone knew exactly what to do in any given situation they were so well drilled. We also suddenly learned the 'dark arts' and if we got a lead the ball was barely in play afterwards .... it had a fascination all of its own.

It was fine for one game (Wycombe), but then the club trying to latch onto it and make it some sort of club anthem for months and months was tinpot and cringeworthy in the extreme.

Until this season, the Argyle manager who produced the most entertaining, attack-minded football during my time as a supporter (since late 1990s) was Derek Adams.

When people describe him as negative or defensive, I feel like I must have spent the 2015/16 and 2017/18 seasons in an alternative universe.

Stevie Maclean was a decent footballer never given a proper chance by the fans, as his success after leaving us showed. He loved Argyle and Plymouth and was very sorry not to have been able to bring us the success we wanted.

Totally agree Lameiras skillful player but lacked the basics
