Had a reply from Jon Back on Twitter with regards webcam 3. He said they are awaiting safe site access to have a look with all the lifting going on, he said hopefully Friday!

Unfortunately a lifter is blocking the view but it looks like they poured all the concrete in the grandstand extension. More work being done on the roof extension.
