I heard Villa and WBA. Think someone mentioned WBA keepers have extended there deals so I guess that leaves Villa

Back up: Olsen. Aged 32. Current Swedish International keeper.
3rd: Sinisalo. Current Finnish Under 21 keeper.

Are they all out of contract? Olsen is on loan from Roma. Is he signing for Villa?
So where would Coops feature there? Ousting the 'best goalkeeper in the world' ? :unsure:

You look at the positions that Houghton takes the ball. He makes it easy for our defenders, I doubt Randell is is comfortable taking the ball in such tight positions. I think we could find a better DM than Jordan but in terms of an overall midfielder, we would struggling to get any better. I really, really rate him. I'm just glad we have him for another season atleast.

I agree was brilliant till last 2 months of season. What position was Alfie brought in to play?

Houghton was dire post Chelsea, couldn’t pass , tackle or contribute in any way , teams sussed him , man mark , get tight and he’s ineffective. FACT. We need a strong holding midfielder who can battle and give the rough stuff back.
