Arsenal/Spurs goes back a 100 years or so because of Arsenal being promoted from a lower league position than Spurs.....seen as an injustice.
Traditionally Argyle/Exeter....when in same league.......Torquay ? no one as got used to them being best in Devon as yet.....but it could happen this year !!!
