The Club will exponentially grow as a result of investment. A new training complex say built for 2m would be valued at 3m for example. That's the way property works.The thing is, what do these people get out of putting money into Argyle?
Even if its not property development, they will be expecting a financial return. That part hasn't been explained.
All other investment would add value too.
The figures I used are figuratively speaking and not a true representation. However, as an example, I know someone who bought a building plot for 75k, built a house - materials 50k and its worth, according to Estate Agents 225k.
