He's trying to play this pretentious football with players who are woefully short of the required ability to make it work: all they are is short and weak, without the footballing ability to make up for their lack of physical presence.
Nice passing football is the cherry on top, it is NOT the most important thing. Sadly, a large chunk of Pasoti still seems to think that possession percentages count more than goals scored.

Do not visit pasoti much these days but felt compelled to vote on this one. Fletcher has to go now, tonight was the final straw. Although I doubt mr Brent has the gonads to do it?
