Virtually yes. Different queues in the marquee but ends up in one queue to be jabbed.

My wife and I were double vaccinated Moderna, 2nd last July. Does the booster have to be the same supplier/manufacturer?

Nope, Moderna or Pfizer would be suitable as a booster. They are both very similar vaccines.

If the Queues are as long as they were today, down to Goals, then how do you know which queue to get in? Or does it not matter? Are people ‘filtered’ later on in the queue?

So:-
2 x AZ's can have Pfizer OR Moderna.
2 x Modernas can have Pfizer OR Moderna
2 x Pfizers can have Pfizer or Moderna.
