I’ve had 2 and need a booster. I booked in a vaccine, but am now wondering if I had to book a booster instead. Are the bookings the same or do you book a vaccine and get in the right queue when you arrive?
Thanks Ian. Just had a look and it appears that the booking site checks what you need and books it accordingly. I was confused as my confirmation email says I’m booked for a vaccine, but I got an email today inviting me to get a booster. 👍
Yeah it's a complicated thing to talk about as different people call them different things.
In the tent we refer to 1, 2 and 3 and a booster. There is a 3rd vaccination for poorly people who have an immune problem. So what's on the iPads is important and all of them are trained to confirm what the person in front of them is in for.
Only a couple of days ago, I said 'so you're here for your 2nd Pfizer then' only to find out the young lady was due her 2nd Moderna. So we have to be on our toes. We also repeat it if the person has taken the info on board.
The Home Park Centre deals with many types of the vaccine including Moderna, Pfizer, Pfizer Booster, Moderna Booster etc etc. So it's quite complicated logistically.

The Home Park team recorded 3,108 jabs at the Plymouth Argyle stadium and a further 359 at Mutley Baptist Church

3108 was for Monday, I’d guess IJNs 3846 post was referring to jabs at Argyle on Tuesday.

As John says Mike, we beat the old record on Monday and now our record has fallen.
