I'd add to that the even though there's sometimes a slight delay in bringing the players required in, when he eventually gets his man they're good, we're not wasting money signing loads of average no-hopers and loan players, the players he's been bringing in are strenghtening our actual first team and we're moving in the right direction.

For that reason I'm happy for him to have the reigns right now
