I thought I was going to gave the same problem and asked by email what to do. The email I had back, within minutes, told me to register as if I was new. As it happened I was all right and the card I used last year was not the one I lost.I have a new problem . I recently lost my debit card and had it replaced with a new one. Yesterday i got a message that my renewal had been declined and advising me to go to "my account " to rectify the problem. This i did but found that there is no way to do so on the Argyle website . I have emailed the club and am awaiting a reply. I am sure they will sort this out but it seems odd that i cannot do this online.
