Thanks JY appreciate this. Sure you are on the case but how do children or others who are not the actual purchasers but go to away games get points. In our house the bank of mum and dad normally physically pay, but our two kids do attend away games. How do they get points, there is no use if all the points get assigned to me only?
Surely the kids ticketing accounts are linked to the parents accounts so when you purchase two adult and two kids tickets in one transaction, each account gets credited With buying a ticket irrespective of who paid for it.

Hi,
You should buy tickets for your children on their account, which you can purchase on behalf of.

This way, it’ll be them that gets the points rather than you.

A guide to adding other members to your account to be able to purchase for them can be found here https://www.pafc.co.uk/tickets/ticket-help

Hope this helps

At this stage we are still ironing out the finer details, but wanted to update supporters on the results and the direction of travel.

A proportion of tickets will be reserved for selected fixtures assigned as high demand, but it's important to remember that this is just a proportion, and the majority of tickets will be assigned in the same manner as last season.

We will explain in further detail when a relevant fixture occurs, but points will be accrued by all supporters in the meantime, as outlined in our update today.

In short, if you are a season ticket holder who has also attended a large quantity of away games, you will be offered an additional opportunity to purchase your ticket first, should we expect that tickets sell out, before they become generally available for all season ticket holders.

You will need something in place and explain it for FGR, the second away game and probably the smallest away capacity, especially seating!

So does that mean a non season ticket holder could in theory get an away ticket for a high demand ahead of a season ticket holder?
Or because season ticket holders are allocated 230 points straight away, they’ll always have priority over non season ticket holders regardless?

Bad idea, should keep it how it is or at least offer them to ST holders first then those who go away only.

too many Opportunites for this to be scammed

Only if the points roll over into the next season rather than being written off at the end of the season I think. Then a non-season ticket holder could accumulate up to 345 league points this season (10 points per away game and 5 points per home game), putting them ahead of a new season ticket holder in the second season who would come in on 230 points.

Thanks for the reply.

The 'reserved pool' needs some clarification.
Part of the reason of me buying a season ticket was to receive priority for away games, I usually go to around 12 away games per season, it does appear that this may now not be the case, although it needs to be clarified and explained; and wasn't mentioned at the time I bought a season ticket.

I assume the online ticket system will be changed to include the points tally?

Totally agree. 19 away games last season and the sole reason I find the money at the start of each season to buy a season ticket is to get the priority for all away games not just the ‘Big games’ . I would rather ‘pay as I go for home games’ especially in the current financial climate. I do wonder what will be the legal position if the terms and conditions are changed after the date of sale.

I haven't seen reference here to points being allocated to Flexi/BGL members.

Is there nothing to reward us under points system? Recognise we got second priority on tickets, but, if I read this properly we potentially will drop to 3rd priority on occasion behind reserved pool and STs.

Doesn’t seem much incentive to buy flexi membership. Many of us purchase flexi tickets as a way of supporting club financially even though geography might prevent us making 6 home matches in a season.

It's not clear at all and really needs explaining now rather than when the first away game comes along.

The first test of this new system will be the Forest Green Rovers game which is likely to sell out.
Will ST holders who bought tickets for the away games at Fleetwood and Charlton games (both unlikely to be sell outs) have first priority for the FGR game followed by ST holders who didn't go to Fleetwood and Charlton?

If that scenario is correct it's unfair and wasn't stated at point of purchase.
