In many ways, switching to 3-4-3 from 3-5-2 would only be a small tweak. In last season's 'normal side' it would have meant sliding Camara a little deeper, pushing Mayor further forward on the left and shuffling Hardie further right (leaving Jephcott, say, in the centre). I'd argue that this would have made our midfield more solid and given us better attacking options. Anyway, we'll see. Perhaps Miller is being signed as a wing-back or simply as a striker.

Didn't Ipswich fans say the same about James Wilson? I maybe wrong but he played less than 20 games and still won player of the year there. Since Hallett came on board we have not got a lot wrong with signings. Perhaps our medical team are a lot more switched on, than what Rotherham have in place.

I think that’s slightly unfair as l never criticised a new signing before seeing them play.

Even C Grant, l’ve said is a decent player. I just don’t like him at LWB.

The issue is where they are played and how difficult it is to get some real width in our play when you have two forwards in your system.
