3-1 up with very little time left and any sensible manager takes off a regular starter. We should be able to trust the 11 out there to preserve a 2 flipping goal lead for 5 minutes!!

As for Fleetwood's 3rd; it's an absolute shambles from the ref. Firstly Cooper is just blatantly taken out then the guy just pushed it over the line with his arm.

Just watching back the goal, it was an absolutely blatant foul.

As the first header drops, the Fleetwood player dives straight in, leading with his arm high above the head. He missed the ball completely and bundled into Cooper, who then couldn’t get anywhere near the bounce.

Nothing to do with weak defending or goalkeeping from Argyle (at least from the corner onwards) just terrible from the referee.

Ref got call after call wrong for both sides- worst performance I have seen all season.

As for the game, yes we conceded two late goals but overall performance mediocre against a mediocre team and draw probably fair

I think this is going to be a tight low scoring affair. Looking at form and you can see Fleetwood have been solid recently but not scoring and conceding many. Our form ( we’ve lost 6
Of last
10) due to that run which started with Lowe then the run of away games and now key injuries has knocked us out of our stride.I’ll take a battling 1-1 tonight.

A weird appointment in my book. Especially as its manager silly season with plenty of people to filter through and get the right manager.
