Garry Nelson was indeed a fine player. I’m sure DA would be pleased if he got his hands on a similar player of quality today. He’d walk straight into the current team. Trouble is in a choice of 5 who do you leave out?

I'm from the young generation of argyle fans, but I remember my dad talking about Norman piper, I'm surprised some of the older generation on here haven't mentioned him!

I stand corrected, a couple people mentioned piper, as I look back, but only a couple people mentioned johnny Williams as well, according to my dad he was really important for argyle, oh well forgotten talents I suppose.
