Sorry, I may be being a bit dim here, but is this IJN fellow leaving the trust or not ?

I only ask because this thread which appears to be about him leaving is in rumours and conjecture, surely he knows for certain ?

Trusts are hard to do, you need to keep the poodles out of the frame.
