If the Premier League teams don't want replays it would make more sense if they could only be drawn at home against another Premier team. So: Liverpool vs Argyle would be played at HP. Liverpool vs Everton at Anfield.
All money to go to the home side. Why should we play Liverpool at Anfield with no prospect of bringing them back to HP?
