Has anybody noticed an extraordinary fact? In our last 12 home league fixtures the opposition have scored first 11 times (Coventry the exception). Under Schuey we "got out of jail" in a few of these but haven't been so fortunate since. A home team that can't dominate is surely going to struggle - and we have !!!

Yes, indeed.

For Argyle, Cundle impressively
scored 5 goals and gave 6 assists
in all competitions in just half a season.

I don't want to tempt fate (as he's playing against his former club Swansea tonight and he scored against them for us !) but I believe that at Stoke, Cundle has chipped in with
no goals nor assists in the 11 games
up to now.

As we all know, we really miss Cundle and Azaz , like last night.
From now on, hopefully in more central roles, Mumba, Miller , Devine,
Randell further forward, Wright,
Bundu or Issaka can help fill the void and link the midfield with the forwards Hardie, Whittaker and/or Waine , to support
them much more , get shots
from a wider range of players
and get more bodies into the opposing penalty box !

The speed and trickery of Mumba, Miller,
Bundu, and Issaka in the 10 position will frighten any central defenders, possibly win us some penalties etc. and greatly help Hardie and Whittaker.

Or sometimes put Whittaker in the role of Azaz, as he also puts through lovely weighted passes , and then
move Bundu up with Hardie and/or Waine.

Cundle was fading for us, just one goal and one assist in his last 10 Argyle games - both were in the same game.

Yes, in his last game albeit against League Two side Sutton United.

Yes, Cundle was fading near the end here but possibly trying to avoid injury etc. because maybe he had known or decided that in January he would be going back to Wolves, elsewhere or with Schumacher
who might have tipped him the wink (since the week of his interest in the Swansea job) that he would be leaving soon and that he would be taking Cundle with him !
And it turned out to be true !

However, in earlier games , Luke shone wth his two assists against Sunderland , stunning goal against Premiership
Crystal Palace , assist for Whittaker at Ipswich, coming off the bench to score home to Norwich etc..

We all know that we really need
Cundle and Azaz (who scored at Hull tonight) and likewise
Hardie and Whittaker obviously
miss them both but particularly
the telepathy they had with Finn.
