Against a team that has been a bogey team in years gone by & were in the playoffs last season we have shown we are a tough, resilient unit

Yes Oxford scored early but we are so well drilled, so cohesive, different personnel brought in but those players are more than capable of doing the job that is required of them

I am so chuffed that we have the depth in the squad so that we are just not relying on 1 or 2 players to pull us through

These boys are the real deal- no fear, no panic, no self destruct button - so controlled in what they do even though Oxford threw the kitchen sink at us

These boys do not have the losing mentality & will stay grounded & not get ahead of themselves

Unbeaten in 12 is one hell of an achievement but Oxford will be forgotten about & we move onto Bolton on Tuesday

Wow, what a result and the effort and attitude of the team all working together, blocking shots, never stop running, fantastic. Oxford are a very good side going forward, lots of skill and invention. Apart from the first 10 mins of first half we played some superb flowing football. Then second half they stopped us playing from the back and we were forced to go long and couldn't hold on to the ball but the never say die attitude was superb.

Jephcott put himself about everywhere today, Garrick was a real handful and seems to be getting better in his decision making. Camara 2 goals and hit the post. Conor Grant also had an excellent game too. Fantastic to see Argyle playing so well and playing for each other and the fans.

Absolutely fantastic result. Before our previous game when there was a question about whether we were in a false position because we’d played mostly lower half teams I noted that our next three games would tell us a great deal as we were playing the teams that were (then) in 9th, 8th and 7th place. We’ve now played two of those games and won them both. Bring on Bolton…

Two assists for Jephcott too, I think. He brings a lot to our attack even when he's not scoring.

Just had a quick gander at the Oxford United Twitter.

Ox fans very complementary to Argyle, saying we were the better team at the end of the day. Saying they can see us getting promoted.

He improved as the second half went on. But he seems to have a wobble when we’re under the cosh … but can’t fault the overall team effort today.
That’s more like it. I won’t ask you to refer to my added edit then. Remember, Coops is only just 22.

This win is a real statement of intent. I said when we beat Sheffield Wednesday that psychologically that was the turning point where potential became reality...doesn't matter that Wednesday aren't what they once were. If we beat Bolton then that is another 'big team' chalked off. Great win today!

Would have taken a point before the game, to come away with 3 is nothing but brilliant against a team who will be top 10 this season.

Travelling fans unreal again.

Lets back the Park for Bolton and send them home with nothing.

Garrick scrapping and tackling for the ball on the edge of our box in the 91st minute. Then playing it out to Mayor who turns his man inside out and lays it out to the left winger, relieving the pressure. Each fighting for the team and doing the job they've been given.

Wow, what a result, what joy! I wasn't expecting that, but we remain top o' the league; say we are top of the league, we are top of the league!

Sounds so nice, feels so nice. Well done Argyle, I'm so happy to be green.

It’s funny but everyone has a different perspective I don’t think Jephers adds anything if he’s not scoring. I thought the pass to Camara for the second was intended for Garrick. He’s slow and wins nothing in the air and doesn’t hold the ball up. I would much prefer to see Hardie and Garrick/Agard/Ennis when fit. It’s just my opinion and I appreciate others see it differently.
