Good call, could explain the delay, might explain a delay of a couple of weeks too now while they go through the selection process, he's bound to apply.

If so it'd mean we'd be left hanging about waiting to appoint a rejected candidate for a lower team to an already fudged position........or we appoint a second/third choice to a fudged position.

Either way, Rover's decisive ACTION beats our indecisive INACTION hands down. It's not too late though Argyle, you've already interviewed him, you already want him, there is something you can do.......
