He was better than normal today, did all the right things mentally and off the ball but as ever his pinball technique let him down.

He doesn't get off the ground, the ball hits his head & he hasn't a clue where it's going & nor does anyone else. Now Mariner different class.

He looked a bit fitter and was slightly more effective. However I have no idea why anyone would select him over Madjo.Has Madjo done something wrong?he had problems at Aldershot, perhaps he is just a wrong un.

I thought he did OK yesterday, a big improvement but he missed a great headed chance on the stroke of half time and a real sitter just before they scored. He perhaps epitomises the dearth of quality we have in that department.

Fletcher facing 7 defeats in a row and what does he do..........................................Chadwick as our lone striker.

If the rumours about Mr. Madjo turning up for training late are true, then Mr. Fletcher needs to get over himself and play Mr. Madjo instead of Mr. Chadwick as he looked a million times better in the first nano-second that he came onto the pitch on Saturday.

The manager should be discipling Mr. Madjo if he is turning up late, but FFS don't not play him as a stupid stance!! As he is a loan player Mr. Fletcher should be sending him back and obtaining the services of another striker if he doesn't want Mr. Madjo here!!

It is just another piece of inept managing to add to the rest!!

Not where I should be.
Can't disagree with that Brighty. Suspect Fletcher thinks he's being clever by not playing him as a 'punishment' but this isn't the Premiership and we're not in the top 4, so not playing a player is hardly going to impinge on their Champions League potential is it?

Did like the (albeit muted) "Chadders for England!" though.

Not fair to have a pop at a single player, there are several players not good enough in senior squad. Cannot understand with the lack of goals why we have'nt tried playing both Jarred Sims and Matt Leconte up front have'nt got anything to loose, Matt did well in his brief stints last season, and lee sawyer another young player who could bring pass at the back and quicker footballing brain than the currrent crop. Come on lets through a new set of dice - what's to loose
