I think the loss of Azaz is the one that has really damaged our style of play and effectiveness as a team. His creativity and brain on the pitch hasn't been rectified up to now. Mind you, losing that type of quality was always going to hard to achieve. Realistically 4 wins is needed to survive which should be achievable, so people suggesting crazy lazy kneejerk type reactions on this site should ease back. New players coming into the team as well as a new manager was always going to be difficult. Look at Stoke and Sunderland, but we don't need a Sunderland type of reaction to create even more chaos. We need calm heads and hearts on and off the pitch. Coygs.!.
