Yep. With players out on loan we now have 23 players in the squad, including Roberts & Issaka in that cohort. With Cooper, Earley & Gibson(?) injured then we can just name a full squad on Saturday.

Not a moan, rather that it's exciting to see what incomings we have, as I'm sure there's a few!
And to think we were probably looking to add 2-3 players originally, who knows how many we may bring in now. Could be another 4 or 5. Probably 2-3 younguns on loan and 1-2 with hopefully a little bit more experience.

So, in all seriousness we now have the following senior outfield players.

Edwards, Mumba, Phillips, Scarr, Gibson, Galloway, Pleggy, Earley, Miller, Gyabi, Houghton, Butcher, Randell, C Wright, Whittaker, Hardie, Waine, Bundu.

Guess new faces on the way.
On that list I can see those in bold leaving too

I wonder if the possibility of relegation has influenced our decision to only loan him out instead of letting him go permanently. Could be that if we’re still in the Championship we’ll let him go in the summer whereas i f we’re in League 1 we’ll feel we might need him.

You're obsessed with relegation. 😃

The question is: on what basis would a club offer to buy him? In the last 12 months he has little more than a Cup game against Palace and a start in that game at Ashton Gate plus few minutes off the bench. Any show reel is unlikely to include him in an Argyle shirt.

(And am I right in remembering his show reel when we bought him featured him scoring a superb goal, but was shown from about 12 different angles?)

That's kinda the point of this loan deal. Hopefully he does well at Bradford and there'll be plenty for the showreel

Good luck to TW in his new role. I hope he gets back on track, sometimes you just need to find the right place to be happy and show what you can do.

Brilliant news!

Hope it works out for him. Terrible signing for us. One of the worst I’ve seen in a long time. Grates when guys like this prevent opportunities for are own youngsters.

I don’t think any more will leave this transfer window.

What it demonstrates is that what the science and data does is just to improve your chances of a successful signing, there are absolutely no guarantees. How can data provide insight into how a player settles in or how much they will miss home, how much they will improve or not?
