If they just took out the kiosks and toilets and increased the supply at ground level, then the concourse would probably be big enough without losing the offices.

Possibly, though there could be some rule that says each 'tier' or section of a stadium needs its own designated toilets.

Dunno... but fascinated to see what the plan is.

They don't at the Olympic stadium where West Ham play. If you're in the top tier there you go down to the ground floor where there are toilets and catering.

Im sure there was talk of replacing the seats in the horseshoe as they were coming to the end of there lifespan. Not sure if that is something that will be included.

“We are offering season ticket holders the opportunity to claim the old seats (free of charge) once uninstalled. Any unclaimed seats will be recycled.”

Everything around the club just oozes class at the moment. Well done Argyle - excited to see how it looks.

Joking apart, whilst our ground isn't the biggest, it's going to look cracking when it's all done.

Does that put to bed any remote chance of selling off the naming rights of the ground.

Wow this is going to be really extensive, isn’t it? Like the look of this.

Almost (ALMOST) as exciting as the grandstand development.

In the past I would have argued that the cash reserves we had, should be used to fund the playing Squad …it must be an age thing , but I’m glad that we’re prioritising ground improvements .
It really feels like we are building a sustainable championship club from the foundations up .
Once the stadium, training facilities and the youth system has received the necessary improvements, we can then use all the money we generate on the playing budget.
It might take a little longer to get to where we want to be , but once we get there , we’ll be in a great position to sustain it .
I absolutely love the way our club is being run at the moment

I'm so glad they're replacing the seats, ive mentioned doing this a few times!! Hopefully 20 years on from the existing ones hopefully theres new plastic technology that helps the seats not fade as much in the sun? Does anyone know if they'll be the exact same shape as the current ones or maybe very slightly different bend or shape to allow for a little more leg room? Intrigued to know.. i don't expect it to be honest but you never know..
