Pompey lost to Harrogate.
Ipswich drew with Barrow.
Lincoln lost to Hartlepool.
Burton lost to Port Vale.
Stevenage lost to Yeovil.

We may have made hard work of that, but we got the job done unlike the above teams.

If Cooper is going to break down every time he comes back then it's time to have an honest think about his future. Law was better in his short period on the pitch and Grant can play in either of Cooper's positions (LWB, CM).

2,600. Magic of the cup?!
Thought Law looked poor. And Wilson had a mare. Should have been sent off. Gave ball away for their goal and lost man for the late header

Law played a couple of EFL joke Trophy games in October and November but to be fair to him his last last league game was 12 minutes back in September so he was expected to be rusty today and probably nervous as well.

To be fair Law got in a great position to score, although fluffed his header. Could have even let it drop for a volley.

Agreed ref Wilson. Poor give away for their goal and definitely a second yellow.

Bright spot was Ennis' cameo

I didn’t think Law was fantastic but I did think we looked more balanced with him on the pitch.
Agreed. We improved when he replaced the unfit Cooper and he did reasonably well.
Wilson had a rare off-day although he did do a really good block right at the end.
We really miss Galloway.
Great to see Ennis back and his cameo was very promising!
