Have you noticed on the Sky Sports app league tables section - they have put the WSL table immediately after the PL and before the Championship and the rest of the EFL tables, as if it’s second in status.
Be interesting to compare audiences when Argyle's game is on same time as Womens Premier League Sunday

Surely the only difference between a No.8 and a No.10 is one is an inside right and the other is an inside left. Modern positions don’t, and never have related to numbers 1-11, even goalkeepers.
In the traditional sense, with a no.10 playing more of a free role behind a striker and an 8 deeper and more of an all rounder, rather than purely creative.

The Argyle TV pre-match interviews with Ryan Lowe have become shorter (2 mins 41 seconds yesterday) and dull.

The same questions each week with the same answers (locking horns, going toe to toe), it once was a free service so now it's part of the paid Argyle TV package the interviews need to be more imaginative for what it is one of the few times we see Lowe on Argyle TV.

Or vary it and pose some questions for Schumacher or Nancekivell before games.

I disagree. Inside left (10) and inside right (8) were exactly the same but one played to the left of the centre forward and the other to the right. Modern positions have names rather than numbers. Teams who play with two centre backs are not said to be playing with two No.5’s, are they?

I have several but as you all haven't got all day/night for my rants, will keep it to 3;
a) that radio 5 live is football football football....I like & have loved football for 50+ years yet surely they can find other sports to talk about
b) that BBC only talk mainly about the Premiership.....variety please - I don't give a toss for the 'top 6' etc, even today on FACup day they really only concentrate on the First Division (see below...)
c) Why 'Premiership', 1st, 2cd, 3rd & 4th made sense & everyone understood it....
d & 4) People who cannot count....
