Yes that great asset, that doesn’t bring in any income but cost money to maintain, some may even call it a liability.
A liability? I could think of few million reasons not to call it a liability.

What, by selling it to a developer and getting cash and a profit share agreement?
Didn't Mr Brent say at the fans forum last week, that it is quite possible the football club might not get anything from the uplift at HHP or did you miss that bit?

Nonetheless there is an agreement in place so if there are profits Argyle could benefit, something that wouldn’t happen if it remained as land used as a car park.

Why would he spend a considerable sum of money relaying a car park which is about to get levelled?

And if he had done that, people would have said 'ohhhh, this means there's no redevelopment happening any time soon'.
