Losing an asset like that will put off prospective buyers, not attract them. I see one consortium has already pulled out following this news.
It makes me question whether Dai Yongge actually wants to sell the club.

Seems fishy. Likely saw their own fans call them out for looking like massive scumbags preying on another club’s misfortunes and decided to row back.

If it’s a genuine restriction, it makes Wycombe look even more tinpot by not doing their due dilliganfe before making an obviously controversial move.
