Absolutely! A committed young man just scared of big crowds....I need to persuade him as its memories! You cheeky twit pay a tenner for a child's season ticket and expect priority over non season ticket fans
I remember 79/80 in the league cup we drew 2-2 at HP - 2 mike trusson goals one with his knee - then won the replay 2-1 at stamford bridge
Just glanced quickly at this and thought I had been in a coma and woke up to read we had won 4-0 👍😂View attachment 2071
Chelsea have it on the 4th already on their website TBC!!!
I reckon soIf on a Friday, which looks likely, doesn’t that increase the chance of it being televised?
Ah, fancy BG challenging one of my posts. For somebody I have never met you certainly have a bee in your bonnet about me. Still, whatever floats your boat. Yet again you slew my words to suit your own ‘I am always right, do you want a fight’ agenda. I was simply saying that Chelsea fly to Abu Dhabi on Saturday 5 for the World Club Cup. This means that I am sure they will ask the FA to play on the Friday night no doubt stating that they want to ‘maintain the integrity of the competition’ or some such bilge. And the FA will bend over backwards to help them. They have been terrified of the Cup losing even more of its prestige since Man Utd pulled out of the competition in 2000. Simple statement, nothing else and I apologise that I have yet again upset you by posting on here. I am the worlds naughtiest Argyle fan!So Chelsea already decided their game would be on the Friday before the draw?

Funnily enough, same for me too.I saw Argyle win at SB in 1979 in the League Cup.
I sat in the (then) new relatively new East stand. We won 2 v 1.
Just saying !
