A name on the list which always surprises me is Andy Kellett. When he was on loan at Argyle, I thought he was a very good player. At the end of that season, I seem to recall there were hopes that he would become a permanent signature. Then Man U came up for him as a very capable, slightly older midfielder to bring balance to their inexperienced Under 21 team. After this short term arrangement, it appears it all fell apart for him and he has now drifted down to the sad non-League Bury. That represents the vagaries of pro. football I suppose.
