Not sure whether Hong Kong counts- if so I’ll nominate Dougie Anderson.

Signed by Dave Smith from Tranmere (to replace Garry Nelson). He didn’t end up playing much for Argyle- but I’ll always remember him fondly for his performance in Argyles 4-0 victory over Leicester City at Home Park- Christmas 1987. What a brilliant display on the left wing.

Does anybody else remember that game ?

He left Argyle to play in Hong Kong, I believe.

I was so sorry to learn recently of Doug’s passing. RIP.

Apparently out of all the clubs interested only DC United have made an acceptable offer to Swansea. However Dhanda wants to remain in the UK. (via Twitter). So might not be going anywhere.
