That was a difficult watch.

Gibson second half header off a corner was our best chance.

Granted, since Foster has left the players are happier. Yet its not resulted in an approvement in the football.

It's just football that's looked like it's not coached well. There is no conviction in what they do. Yes there is effort, but what was the game plan? How we were looking to break them down?

As the game wore on it was more like a basketball game. The difference being when the ball was in the box Millwall had players who could win headers.

If we survive, it will be a miracle. Not because we don't have a chance. More to do with we lack any conviction in looking like saving our selves.

I wouldn't assume Norwich will put their feet up if they're already in the play-offs come Saturday. Would they rather guarantee finishing 5 and play Southampton or face finishing 6th and have to play either Ipswich or Leeds? I know who I'd rather face.

We've somehow completely lost the ability to effectively counterattack. I'd love to have a few of those Millwall players who can slot passes to their forwards with ease.

If you set up for a draw as Neil and Nance did today, then you need a plan B and they didn’t have one whatsoever it was draw and that’s all we can hope for, negative tactics and one that could send us down. If we go down Neil has to go in my opinion he’s a massive reason why we are where we are right now, all the hard work gone in one season. Unacceptable

To be fair you do like a hissy fit when we lose but that’s your prerogative.

Personally I didn’t see a lack of fight other than from a couple of players at times. We aren’t Championship standard in the main and of those that are only Cooper has really performed in the last couple of games.

Still in our hands though - somehow.

I honestly don't think the team are bottlers cowards etc. I see a team who try and fight but are just not championship standard.

Players like Scarr he was with Wallsal before us. Gibson great player but no real league experience. Galloway Miller plenty of experience but very Injury prone Edwards he's 34 getting past his prime he a tireless worker but not a championship midfielder that was his position today same as Randell. Hardie is running on fumes and Ben Waine simply not good enough. I could go on Wright, Pleggy, Houghton etc.

The proff is obvious, SS managed to overachieve massively with this squad.

It's not the lack of effort its the lack of quality

It's in our hands we could have been Rotherham. If we do stay up a decent manager and heavy investment is needed or eise we probably be like Rotherham next season.

In the last few minutes when we made all those substitutions, you could see the players had no idea what was going on or where they were supposed to play, looked like utter chaos.
