No thanks, it's a glass ceiling job. Are they a success really? Ten years in the basement would suggest they're not.

'It's not good for Devon and Cornwall to have Exeter this high up the league. Argyle are the region's only hope of top flight football and it would be best if we had the whole of both counties behind us.'

i never heard such non sense. this suggests no one supports non league football. would you support exeter if they got to the championship?????

I admire Exeter to be honest and am quite pleased they've been promoted.

They appear to be well run, working within their means and focusing on a policy of promoting young players. They also stick by their managers, so good on them.

I'd much rather see a club like Exeter having a bit of success than clubs who overspend and think they have a god-given right to do well.

I’d prefer to see us play Exeter at HP than some of the teams in this division, well done to them.

'Bizarre goal for Barrow'

A bizarre first goal here at Exeter as a long throw from Remeao Hutton appeared to go straight into the net.
But the referee, after a moment of deliberation and a glance at his assistant gave the goal which was credited to Tom White with a deft header, although it might have taken a touch off Exeter goalkeeper Cameron Dawson.
It's quietened down the vociferous home crowd here at St James Park.

But good luck to them after so many years of trying

Yep agree with that 100%.

Much rather have them in our league than Fleetwood which is really a rich man's train set.

I was buying a pair of shoes yesterday when the manager asked me where I was from. Turns out he was from Exeter and said he was hoping they'd get promoted last night as he'd seen them lose 5 times at Wembley. I commented that they'd obviously finally decided to bypass that promotion route as they kept failing that way. I don't agree it is bad for D&C football and I am still sad that Torquay lost out to Hartlepool in the NL Playoff final.

Good luck to them and I hope they get more sell outs. St James filled to capacity with not much more than the total support Argyle took to Chelsea must have been an awesome sight.

Good news, well done after so many painful near misses. Just hope Rovers get the third spot and we have 3 closer games should we end up staying in this league next season.
