There's nothing legally stopping any of our players wearing another clubs shirt. He'd be bleddy stupid but there is precedent, Paul Ince rather endeared himself to Hammers fans when pictured in a MUFC shirt before his eventual transfer...but then Paul Ince IS stupid.

It's not Graham Carey anyway, but why let that get in the way of a good story.

And on this thread being toss? Nope, it's glorious, PASOTI at its silly season, worry over nothing, pitchfork raising, wildly speculating best.

I doubt if Carey will appear anywhere unless it is a Scottish Club until a few days after the baby is born. I assume whoever he has signed for has given him paternity leave.

I don't know who posted he'd sign today. I hope this bloke is right and that he does sign tomorrow, but I'm really not sure it's true.

the longer it goes on the more hopeful i get, surely if he had already agreed to sign for another club we would know by now. I think hes a decent guy that has a new baby due any day as well as deciding his footballing future so i for one wish him all the best no matter what he decides. If i were to have a bet on it i think hes gonna stay thanks to an improved offer from us, i reckon that he waited for all the offers to come in, told DA what they were and then DA approached the board asking Argyle if they could match whatever was on the table from other teams. I have absolutely no inside info nor do i know anyone in the know its just a hunch. Whichever way it eventually goes it will be sad to see this thread die as it has kept me bemused/amused/confused for weeks.
