This was never going to be a game where we were expected to get anything so we slog on and look forward to next week. Imagine DA has some transfer window targets to strengthen and give us some much needed bite in the not too distant weeks.

Why not ? They were there for the taking if we had went for it, poorest Pompey side in a few years

Really they are that poor ?They got promoted with us last season.

They are 8th only 6 points from the play offs

We are BOTTOM and 18 POINTS from the play offs

So how poor are we in comparison :doh:

Perhaps it is better to say that on the day they did not play as well as their league position would suggest. I don't know from your post whether or not you were there but, if you weren't, be assured they were no great shakes and were there for the taking. A team that was as good as their record makes them appear would surely on a better day have tested a goalkeeper that could not walk. He was badly injured for the final 20 minutes and they failed to get the ball into our penalty area or force a corner.
