It seems like the current claimant is as follows

George Haigh (Stockport) appears to be 101
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Haigh

Of course technically Stockport no longer a league club...but they were then so it would seem churlish to complain :)

Edgeley Park, the nearest football league ground to the river Mersey back in the league days.

I confess that I do not know its' exact position, but I would suggest Tranmere's ground in Birkenhead cannot be too distant. I reckon it is closer than Everton and Liverpool's ground to the Mersey.

8. Dudley Kernick. (Torquay 41 apps.) DoB 29.8.1921. Age 95.6.
Confirmed as still alive and he has been contacted by statto.

Oldest Cup Finalists:

Although I have no info from Bolton/Blackpool/Brum it looks like two players from the 1946 Final are still alive: Arthur Turner of Charlton (Dob 22.1.1922) and Reg Harrison of Derby County (DoB 22.5.1923). I have had confirmation from both club historians. I guess no one from pre-war finals is likely as they would have to be 100ish?

Archie Gorman?

Is he still around? I remember reading an article a few years ago that seem to imply he could be...

No idea how true that is but would make him 107!!

I subscribe to a website called enfa.co.uk (English National Football Archive) and the Archie Gorman page states that he passed away in 1992. These sites generally tend to rely on club historians and people like me with a particular interest (or obsession with!) in older players to get their info.
