Any truth the delay in Hourihane being transferred, is because Barnsley are trying to bump up the Bree fee to save paying Argyle to much. ?

Would have thought Hourihane and his agent would have something to say about that , don't players get a percentage of their transfer fee.

Depends whether they asked to be transferred or not. They get a cut if it is driven by their club to which they are contracted.
