Watching the video brought a lump to my throat
It has been just over a year since a extremely close friend of mine (someone i had known over 30 years ) took their own life
Heartbreaking, numb, shock, thinking i should, could have done more live with me every day
My outlook on life has totally changed- be kind to each other , help, listen , don't dismiss
I feel my friend is with me & that they will want me to live my life & be the best that i can be
