Off to the final tomorrow. Humphries will win imho, he has been the form player of the year and is the new No 1.

The hype of Littler has been slightly cringeworthy in the media...similar to Fallon Sherrock levels. Just let the lad plays darts. It's not like he is the first youngster to get to a major final (whatever happened to Kirk Shepherd and Jelle Klassen eh ?). Overall has been a cracking tournament - Littler was well thought of before the World's but Scott Williams has come from nowhere!

There's a difference between Shepherd at 20/21 and Littler at 16 who has blown his opponents away. Of course everyone is going to want a piece of him.

Shepherd hasn’t thrown a dart in 3 years and is now training to be an electrician. Too much too soon for him, hopefully Littler will have a better support system.

He also only won £50k, whereas Littler will get £200k so hopefully better management as I said above.

Littler, almost exactly the same as Shepherd has benefited from the big guns being knocked out before he played them. Let's see where he is in five years eh ?
