Everyone's gone to the moon.

Well actually, no. I have been around Lazio and Umbria, culminating in a visit to Castelluccio di Norcia. Wow!! I'm no great floral buff or anything, but what an amazing sight - fields and fields of colourful flowers, with the backdrop of the Appennini. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, the hilltop town of Castelluccio and many of the surrounding towns have been brutally destroyed by earthquakes in the last two years.
