When you want to add other Argyle ticket members to your account (and create a Network, for example for buying 2 or more Away tickets, sitting together)
then your friend, another Argyle ticket member ('Desmond Penburthy' for example) has to give permission for you to assign a ticket to them, in their name.

The extra option of 'manage accounts' gives you more powers and access over the Argyle ticket member's account - for example if the person is your child, or you are Jethro and your friend is 'Desmond Penburthy'.
