If Levy was the Project Manager for the stadium, with that he did an outstanding job. With almost everything else he appears to be a ditherer, adopting a cost-based and indicisive approach to every decision. I've lost count of the number of really good players who were happy to go there but he wasn't prepared to pay the asking price. They then had to settle for players from the next level.
Did Levy personally insist on their cheese tasting room at the new stadium I wonder? That’s what we need to get us in the Prem. I’m preparing a petition to send to the Hallets.
