Very proud to be a Green. Against all odds, we have achieved Mission Impossible, did I think we would ?, No.
Although its been one of the worst years in our History, its important we remember the sacrifices of staff, players, management and players that made it possible to win the battle off and on the pitch. Remember support from other clubs, Brighton etc, and remember the magnificent support this club gets from ourselves, how many other teams in this division, in our position, would have had the attendances and away support that we have this year ?
Surely to remember all that has happened and to mark a new beginning, it would be apt to have 'resurgam' somewhere on our kit from next season onwards ( Mr Brent / Mr Webb take note) ?
Something simple, but powerful. We will rise again, and we will be bigger and stronger for it.
