Writhing in agony for 30 seconds then getting up as if nothing wrong. Refusing to get off the pitch when 'injured' only to be back seconds later.

Ref forced to add 8 minutes because of their antics. Thank god we didn't play that way under that manager.

That said Tranmere were crap and didn't deserve to win.

It is a shame that Newport and FGR had to play each other because on last night's showing both are much better than tonight's two. Tonight's match was a showcase as to why it was a relief to get out of that league.

Advantage Morecambe but I really don't want to see either of those two make it into L1.

Morecambe are punching heavily above their financial weight, they're doing what they have to do to win football matches and get themselves into League 1, it may not have been pretty but they executed their game plan against Tranmere to the letter. I wasn't Adams' biggest fan during the latter part of his tenure with us, but he's doing a fantastic job with them.

Wasn’t a fan of him whilst here but thought Songo’o and his defensive work was outstanding last night.

DA has done really well at Morecambe. I’m sure that he will progress and be taken on by a bigger club in the EFL.
As Frank Lampard says he was told by some top managers in the last few months, “You’re not a manager until you’ve been sacked”.
