As you were born and raised ‘up north’, I have always been intrigued how you slipped through the scouting network up there and only became a pro at Argyle, aged 20.
How did they miss you in your late ‘teens?

Why did you sign for Argyle? And why did you choose Ipswich?

Did you know the huge task you had in front of you when you came back to the club in 2009, first as assistant then as manager? Apart from the relegation, what will be your lasting memory of your 6 months in charge?

It is often said that Keith Blunt, Tony Waiter's assistant didn't get the credit that he deserved as a coach with Argyle.
Would you agree with that statement?
Was Keith a good influence for you?
