If they decide between them that a poster is no longer wanted on Pasoti for whatever reason, then their decision is final.

Flaming/Trolling: Do not post any messages that harass, insult (name calling), belittle, threaten or mock other members. Debates are fine, but critique the opinion, not the person. Personal attacks are not permitted. Quotes by other members are not to be edited. You may reply to a partial quote, but do not change the quoted content in any way. No one likes to be misrepresented or have words put in their mouth.
Please remember that a person disagreeing with your opinion is not trolling; keep it civil, even if you're sure the other person is wrong.
Offensive Posts, Links or Images: No NSFW content. NSFW ("Not Safe For Work") is defined as anything that most people would not want their bosses, parents, and/or teachers to see. Do not use profanity, sexually oriented, racial, ethnic, religious, or other slurs and stereotypes, or any other offensive material. Nude and semi-nude images are not to be posted here. That includes your avatar.
Please do not try to beat the word censor system, if you do happen to swear and the system hasn't censored that particular word we'll add it to the list.

Copyrighted Material: Generally you can assume that anything you find online is copyrighted. We prefer you post a quick summary in your own words and then a link to the article.
Misleading Titles: When starting a new thread on the forum the subject line of the post should be as informative as possible about the content of the post, this also reduces duplicate threads.
Libel: Any posts libeling players, club staff, or any individual is not acceptable, posting that you heard Player X has a drinking/drug/sex/personal problem from a "good" source is not permitted. Do not post information that can be considered defamatory without a link to a credible media source. Hearsay and personal testimonials are not considered credible (even if this is by way of implication or innuendo or with the use of the word "allegedly") or which is liable to threaten or intimidate any person or group of people or which incites criminal behaviour of any kind.
Although the Moderators and Owners do not have the wherewithal to edit and review all the postings made on this site, we will act as soon as possible to remove libellous or threatening material as soon as it is brought to their attention.
Please use the ‘report’ button on each post to report that particular post to the Moderators.
Moderator Abuse: Please do not attack or insult the Moderators on the forums and threads, if you have an issue with a Moderator decision please politely contact one of the Mod team by private message or by email where the issue can be discussed. Please remember the Mods are volunteers.
One Account per User: Multiple accounts are not permitted. If you have a good reason for needing more than one account contact a Moderator and ask for permission. Circumvention of a temporary ban by use of another account will result in a permanent ban. Circumvention of any Moderator action by use of more than one account will result in a ban. While it's perfectly acceptable for multiple users to have an account on the same computer, be advised that misconduct by one will affect all. You are accountable for actions originating from your computer regardless of whether it's a friend or relative.
Private messages: Publication of a PASOTI Private Messages (PM) or a Moderator message on your account on PASOTI or elsewhere in public without the author's consent will lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
Grammar police: Please do not make fun of spelling mistakes or poor grammar.
Suspensions/Banning: In the event of a contravention of the rules there could be warnings, overnight suspensions, a 24-hour cooling off period and full bans. These will be applied at the discretion of the Moderators and Owners.
We would also remind members that this site is run by volunteers and as such they can expect a reasonably quiet life. If a poster causes too much work for the volunteers by attitude or behaviour, we fully reserve the right to withdraw that person's membership on a temporary or even permanent basis.
We will also instantly ban anyone who threatens the Owners, Mods or the site in general with legal action.
